My initials are CPR, which also happens to be a well known acronym that stands for cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Before performing CPR on someone, an evaluation is performed where the subject’s pulse is checked.

Likewise, I intend to “take the pulse” of the Commercial Real Estate Market and share my findings with you all. Specifically, news regarding the Office and Retail sectors.

Ultimately, my goal is to serve my community by sharing relevant information gathered from reliable resources, along with my own knowledge gleaned from years of experience.

About CPR

Before becoming a real estate agent, I was fortunate to experience roles within the professions of Teaching, Nonprofit Agencies, Commercial Insurance sales and I owned and ran my own retail business. This experience has provided me the ability to better assist my clients in several ways. From finding established and reliable tenants for landlords in both office and retail, as well as, helping tenants who are seeking a space find the right location per their needs.

Having been a real estate agent, now broker, for over 15 years, I pride myself in providing top quality service to my clients by leveraging my knowledge and expertise in both sales and leasing to assist in any way I can.
